Help saving a livestream video using rtmpdump

Can anyone help me figure out the command line for rtmpdump to save the video from the following link? I've had no success thus far.

This seems to have nothing to do with mythtv, but in any event you might try flashgot, a firefox plugin.

My apologies. It is a general ubuntu linux question but I use the mythbuntu variety so I posted here. If it should go in another board under the ubuntu forums, I'd be happy to have it moved, just tell me where.
