Well I am using Raring as the base. Sometimes the Ubiquity installer gets flakey during the development releases...
Try sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
maybe there's a fixed version of Ubiquity already?

I've tried everything a few times and can't get the installer to finish...

Is that your first 64bit ISO ?

It won't DL yet but I'll switch over to my old 64 clunker and try it when its done uploading from SF,

Seems like all the distro's are 64 now-a-days !

Just tried rarin dailybuild, freezes at the same place on installer.It's nobootu(and it's evil cousin unotbooten)again. so no rarin, no rblos I guess.If can't install, can't try to fix(window manager not working)also many other problems.So what now with wayland in light of mur?

I tried uploading my first amd64 along with my i386 iso, as they both have the kdelibs, but a Wayland gstreamer package failed to build on the i386, and the upload ended up bombing out anyway.

I only made a 64 bit iso because someone requested it a while back I think...

I had to stuff in a 64 bit kernel with my 32 bit user space to be able to even create that ISO!

Oh, ok, I thought you were uploading a 64 ver iso, haven't heard of any updates on ubiquity yet...?
