    Fallout on Linux

Has anyone else noticed Fallout 1 for Linux on Desura's site? I found it as I was browsing through the Linux only section. Here's the link: http://www.desura.com/games/fallout

Now I'm just contemplating if I should buy it since I already own the Trilogy pack.

Does the version you have run in dos? If so you could just run it in dosbox, which is free. The version from desura is just the dos fallout version packaged with dosbox. I'll probably have a look at it later on, I never played the original although loved fallout 3!

Oh wow only saw that last bit at the end of the description now, thanks for the heads-up pieman, I'll definitely have a look at rather doing that then, didn't realise they where bundling it with dosbox, come to think of it isn't that what gog does as well? Oh well saves me money

I bought Fallout 1 from GOG.com cheap and it runs just fine with DOSBox.

I drink my Ubuntu black, no sugar.
