Star Craft I

Having troubles installing star craft 1 in wine and just here to see if anyone else has ran across it or knows of a fix. Whenever i run the starcraft installer i loads in wine and gives me an error saying: Sorry, the installer was unable to start up. You may be out of hard drive space. and it dies from there. any help would be more then welcome, cheers.

First, there is a Wine section.

Have you tried switching the winecfg compatibility mode? windows 98, 2000 and xp might be your best bet for such an old game.

And... are you sure you arent actualy realy out of space?

sorry forgot there was a wine section secondly i have 846 Gig left so i have more then enough room and i set it for windows XP

Ah got it to work just perfect. I used Vineyard instead of vanilla wine and it worked like a charm. cheers all
