    Puppet running on my system

    I am using a Dell XPS15 with the factory installed Ubuntu at ver 12.10.

    I was having DNS issues in my office and my sys-admin asked me to update /etc/resolv.conf with a nameserver entry.

    When I looked at /etc/resolv.conf, I see a file that was clearly generated by Puppet ( which I do not wish to run. I backed-up and replaced my /etc/resolv.conf with what I thought was the proper entries. However when I reboot, I see that my /etc/resolv.conf has been overwritten by Puppet. How can I turn Puppen off or otherwise configure it. I see no conf file for in per
