Question Help Moving Software Raid 5 to new hardware

I have a Ubuntu Server whose motherboard bit the dust. I had 1 hard drive for the OS and 4 other hard drives configured in a software raid 5. I was able to boot up the OS drive on a working computer just fine.

What I need to know is how I can move everything to a new motherboard without losing my data on the software raid. Thanks in advance.

Solved my own problem. Well not really solved it but all I had to do was plug everything into the new computer and boot. Ubuntu server recognized everything. All I had to do was set up the network card and it appears everything is good to go. *phew*
