Ubuntu 11.10
None, really. I multi-boot, and I have Mepis booting all the other distros, but other than that I don't use any one distro more than the others.
Just switched to Mint 12 64-bit... was using Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit previously. I think I upgraded too early, but I got a new HD and figured, since I needed to set up a new OS anyway, I might as well try something new.
Arch on my "desktop" (a 15.6" laptop that sits on my desk all the time). I can also boot to Ubuntu 11.10 and Debian Sid, but I never do.
My Dell duo (netbook/tablet thing), which I use for a reader or to take notes in class, is Ubuntu 11.10 only.
I did manage, after much pain and suffering, to install Ubuntu One on my Arch machine, so I can have my work on my netbook and my "desktop" without any fuss. I heart Ubuntu One.
I like both Arch and Ubuntu 11.10 very much, though, as you may have heard, they are somewhat different. Debian is cool in it's own way (and using Sid almost makes it like a cross between Ubuntu and Arch), but the font rendering is too horrible to look at. It could become my main OS if they ever make any easy way to install Ubuntu patches to freetype. Maybe not though. Arch is too cool for school, and it's packages are basically patch-free, so you get updates almost as soon as they appear upstream, way sooner than any other distro, even when using unstable or development versions, and it's rock-solid if you pay attention to what you're doing.

using arch most of the time because i like having the latest versions of software and there's no need to periodically reinstall the os.

That's assuming Linux is your main OS.
I spend most of my computing time at work, and that's running Windows XP (despite my best efforts).
Otherwise at home it goes between the desktop (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS), my 12" laptop (openSUSE 12.1), my wife's new laptop I'm setting up (Windows 7, Ubuntu 11.10) and my good 'ol Chromebook (ChromeOS).
The Desktop and the Chromebook are the most consistent systems, the 12" laptop is my "play" machine and so gets wiped out every 6 months or so, but openSUSE works so nicely on it (and the others are getting worse) that it will likely stay with openSUSE for a while.
