Those temps, especially if they're idle temps, seem really high.
I've got an AMD3 CPU on a Gigabyte motherboard and the idle temps are in the mid to upper 20's.
One thing I had to do to get the sensors read correctly was to append "acpi_enforce_resources=lax" to my "kernel" line in /etc/default/grub.
You can try that. Then run "sudo update-grub". Reboot.
Then, check sensors again to see what readings you get this time.
