    Menu Bar on Gnome Shell

Does anyone else have the problem where, when opening certain applications, the Menu bar (the one with File, Edit, View etc..) appears after the main window opens, making the page jump.
This doesn't happen in all applications, but does with system monitor, Brasero, gnome games, Terminal etc.., in fact it seems all apps made for the Gnome 3 desktop, those for gnome 2 seem fine.
I know its only a small irritation, but just wondered if there is a cure??

If you mean the menu seems to "unfold" after the initial opening, I've seen that happen too but only with this Ubuntu installation that came with Unity.

On the installations I've done with the mini.iso & were Gnome-only it doesn't seem to occur. I'd like a fix or a workaround too, it's mildly annoying.
