I got my mouse working (Cordless MX Duo with MX700 Mouse) but after a few minutes working with it, the mouse wheel would go crazy and go up & down erratically so that I have to restart my computer.
Has anybody experienced the same thing? I am thinking of replacing my keyboard & mouse now... It worked fine under Windows.

hi i'm stuck in this spot i got those 3 install but how do i compile what's the command?1.1 Fixing the cruise control buttons
Install these three packages for "click" to compile:
Download this file: http://bg.rifetech.com/click.tgzCode:libx11-dev x11proto-xext-dev libxtst-dev
untar it to ~/click (or wherever you want, just remember the dir, you'll need it in the .xbindkeysrc)
then compile it:
Then add this to you .xbindkeysrcCode:cd ~/click make
2. Adding it to your sessionCode:"~/click/click 4" m:0x0 + b:11 "~/click/click 5" m:0x0 + b:12
Now it's working open up the gnome sessions settings "System > Preferences > Sessions" click on the "Startup Programs" tab, click "Add" and enter "xbindkeys". This makes sure it's run each time you log in, you should probably test it by logging out and back in now. If you aren't running GNOME, you will need to do it another way, e.g. in XFCE, go to Xfce Menu -> Settings -> Autostarted Applications. (I haven't tried it, but that should be where to go in XFCE)
Section 3: The logitech_applet
click is /home dir like you suggested
when i type in terminal
cd ~/click ternial turn to this
then i type: make =
bash: make: command not found
also tried combining:
make libx11-dev and make x11proto-xext-dev i'm lost here
been trying to figure out this like crazy i only been using linux for 4 days
nevermind i think it work i skip to Section 3: The logitech_applet and then when back now it work
