Keystroke logging and other quantified self tools

I'm not planning on spying on my little brother or anything.
I've lately been interested in this quantified self movement of keeping as much data on yourself as possible. I'm not just interested in quantifiable data actually, any data will do.
Check out what Stephen Wolfram did with his collected data: http://blog.stephenwolfram.com/2012/...cs-of-my-life/

I was wondering if there were some nice, easy to use, preferably GUI programs that would let me record keystrokes, computer up times, hard drive temperatures and the like.

    Any ideas?

Wow! That's not something a slightly-OCD-inclined person like me should be reading!

Regarding your question I'm afraid I can't help you as I (luckily) don't know any easy-to-use software for doing this.

You might be interested in this program

You won't have keystrokes but at least time logged in, number of commands and CPU usage. I'm also looking for one that would give the quantity and time of keystrokes...
