How do I set Gnome 3 to mac style window controls

I've been trying to find my way around GNOME 3 and one thing really bugs me. I know a lot of people hated the mac style window controls (on the left hand side) but I love them that way. However, I can't find how to move them to the right in GNOME 3. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

if you add the minimize button, where do apps minimize too? In Unity you get that small triangle to let you know there is a minimized app, how does gnome3 handle it?

It basically just disappears to the "overview" (click the super key, or hit the top left corner).

Yeah, and the minimize animation reflects this, in that the window is "slurped" into the Activities button.

I like not having to deal with minimizing in Shell, myself, but I can see the advantage.

I did also have to move the close button to the left, though. = )
