    nySQL question

ok I know linux has a built-in ssh client, which is nice. However I've never had to use it to do more than a simple ssh into my home server. right now I need to use it to ssh into my college server for a mySQL class. can that still be done right from terminal or would I need a client on this side to remote in and interface with mySQL?

so then terminal is all I need? thanks. thought so. but wasn't sure. I took the class originally in my younger (Windows) days, and used Putty.
