Problems with music players in Ubuntu 11.10

Hi,

Recently i have installed Ubuntu 11.10 and I cannot make Banshee and Rhythmbox work properly.
These are the problems I have found:
Banshee:
- It gets stuck after playing one CD track (the only way to recover is to kill the banshee process and start it again)
Rhythmbox
- It starts from command line only
- It gets stuck after pressing pause while playing one CD track

Has anyone found similar problems?
What should I do?

For the new ll.10 upgrade i just put on last night, it's not wanting to cooperate as well as 10 did. First everything is more twitchy and jumpy, it doesn't move very smoothly, 2nd i think in the upgrade package they deleted a couple of my must have plugins. My iPod doesn't want to sync or be edited. Rhythmox is my default, and it just closes whenever i touch my ipod. i go edit a playlist, it closes, i sync it closes and this causes the problem that i can no longer effectively put music on it, any suggestions on how to correct this issue for the Rhythmbox

I've found a workaround... I switched to Linux Mint
Anyway, I still want to give Ubuntu 11.10 a try. So any suggestion is welcome.
