    Software to help me sleep

I know there is some software out there that helps synchronize the brain to some kind of sounds to ease sleep but are there any for Linux? I ask because I'm always so sleepy but I can't fall asleep. I'm even tired when I get 10 hours of sleep (not in the lazy way but in the zombie way) so that tells me I have poor quality of sleep. If anyone knows of such software, that would be great!

    Thanks in advance!

P.S. Sorry for the weird thread, I'm just fed up of being so tired!

There are sleeping disorders like Sleep Apnoea that if untreated have serious complications.

You need to seek professional medical advice and not advice from a Linux support Forum.
