[11.10] How do you change the default formatting on LibreOffice? (Spreadsheet)

Hi. I have recently been making a lot of spreadsheets and have found it a lage pain how I must set the same formatting for all cells on all sheets in all spreadsheets (* I accidently type spreadsheeps before)

I have found the default formatting button very useful for font and size, however I do not like the way the text is positioned in each cell. I wish to find out a way (complicated if you must) to change the default formatting.

In case It matters I will add the formatting
Size: Default
Colour: Default
Font: Default
Horizontal Alignment: Centred
Vertical Alignment: Middle
Wrap Text: True/ Yes/ Ticked
