installing quanta plus in 11.10

my friend is trying to install quanta plus in his ubuntu 11.10 system but has not succeeded yet, in some threads i found that it is not available in oneiric repos but u have to enable natty repos to download and install it in oneiric, i need a step by step easy instruction to successfully install and run quanta plus in 11.10. so that i can guide him on phone.
