    What is LOSG?
Lubuntu One Stop Group, inspired by Lubuntu One Stop Thread, is a Group that believes in One Stop Solutions. When someone starts something, he/she must take the full ownership and carry on to the end and make sure he/she will fix that issue no matter what.

    Who are we?
We are a group of Ubuntu Forum Members.

    How to join?
Any user who is using Lubuntu and helping others on Ubuntu Forum is a member of this group. You don't need to do anything except being a Lubuntu User, that's all. However, you need to sign up with your name by posting on this thread.

    Why LOSG?
Action Speak Louder Than Words. Having that said, only time will tell why we are here. However, if you can't wait then we are here to be more organized on the first place and help each other on the second place and learning from each other on the third place.

What is the structure of this group?
There is nothing called Master or Mentor here. There is nothing called beginner or newbie here. There is nothing called smart and stupid here. There is nothing called silly or whatever. Everyone is learning and everyone is helping and everyone is sharing one simple fact that: He/She is Using and Loving Lubuntu, period.

    What is our Motto?

    1. One for Lubuntu and Lubuntu is for all.
    2. There is NOTHING called impossible. Everything with Linux is possible.
    3. There is nothing called "I can't". "I can't" does not exist in this group. However, "I shall try and do my best" does actually exist.
    4. Motivation is alive and doing great.
    5. A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not discovered the value of life
    6. Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do
    7. I once fixed a door that wasn't even broken yet

How to tell others that You Are a Member of this group?
Change your location to "Lubuntu One Stop Group".

How to communicate with each other?
The forum is a great source of learning and supporting but not for communicating so for now, a facebook group has been created:

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/236872593034157/

If you don't have a facebook account, you can create one with your Ubuntu Forum Username and sign up. If you doesn't like facebook and refuse to use it, please come up with a better suggestion.
Chatting like IRC is not recommended as everything must remain documented for future reference.

What are you talking about? I didn't understand?
This post will be updated shortly, this is just an introduction. So don't worry about that.

    Where to help?
    Ubuntu Forum.

    Who to help?
Any user of Lubuntu who is posting on this forum asking for help regardless what the issue is.

    How to help?
Being a member of this group means you must help that user and make sure he/she got his/her problem fixed before leaving him. Don't leave him/her alone unless his/her thread marked SOLVED.
Even if that will take one or two weeks, that doesn't matter.

Are you kidding me? I do have a life
Then probably this is the wrong group you are looking at.

So, I helped X and Y, what else?
By helping people our way, LOSG way, you are not only helping, you are actually learning and learning a lot. By time, you'll have a great experience.

Okay, so what are the area of help or support?
Ubuntu Forum will be the place. Anything you'll post here is a support. Answering Questions, Writing Guides, Troubleshooting, Testing, etc. Anything does count. After all, you are helping and learning.

    Enough talk, let's ROCK!
Wrong, try again. One thing you must first learn here is to be patient.

Note: This post will be updated shortly with more info if needed.
