Laptop monitor not detected after reboot (ATI)

I have hp 6930p and ATI HD3450 graphic card on ubuntu 10.04. I am using proprietary drivers from ati website (11.9). I have this strange problem which annoys me. I use two monitors. Sometimes after reboot, at random, my default notebook monitor is not detected and i can see only external monitor. After reboot everything is fine, i can see both monitors. Can i solve this somehow?

I don't have two monitors so this is just a guess...
Are you accidentally pressing Fn+F4 instead of Alt+F4 to close an application?
    I think Fn+F4 toggles between internal/external monitor.

Sorry to hear that. The least I can do is bump you and hope someone else knows.
