Failed to download repository information

After upgrading to 11.10 from 11.04, I got this message, Failed to download repository information. It says, W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/tualatrix/p...-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

What does this mean? What is launchpad. and what do I need to do now?

Open Software Sources and delete the Tualatrix PPA in the Other Software window.There is no PPA for Oneiric
