My window borders (Minimize maximize and exit) are being hidden by my top menu

Basically what the title is saying, my windows are being overlapped by the top menu, I cannot exit, shrink maximize, move or do anything to any windows, it is very frustrating. Please help

Which version of Ubuntu are you using?
Say no to Microsoft. Say yes to open source.

Well, nevermind this was an idiotic mistake. It was caused by "moving windows" in compiz to not be on. I apologize for not looking more into this before I posted.
