Zimdicator: unable to locate package

Hey all,

been trying to install zimdicator, but I got

'E: unable to locate package zimdicator'

Also, I notice this:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/sect2k/zimdicator/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/source/Sources  404  Not Found

What should I do?

It could be that the site is temporarily down; either wait 24 hours or try contacting the maintainer of the software package.

okay, but I also downloaded the tar.gz file.
