problems after xubuntu 11.10 installation

my laptop details are:
hp g62 series laptop
processor:core i3 380m,2.53 ghz
ram: 3gb
harddisk: 320 gb
graphics: ati radeon (1 gb)

yesterday i installed xubuntu-11.10 i386(32 bit) in my laptop,it installed well but i have foll problems:
1.blutooth doesnt work,says adapter not found and doesnt detect bluetooth devices
2.my laptop is making loud noise and gets heated up immediately,i am too much worried because it gets heated up with loud noise

everything else is working fine in xubuntu,guyz any solution for this problem.

Did you install the ATI restricted drivers? I found that my laptop ran quieter with them...
