Question Flagged ext2/ext3 as ext4. Is this ok?

I tryied to install Oneiric from the alternative iso but I couldn't boot once installed and the image on the screen was too disturbed to see if there were any error messages.

I have a separate partition for /home and a separate for /. I wasn't sure if the home was ext2, ext3 or ext4 so I marked it as ext4. Could that be the reason that I can't boot?

    ext 4 is fine .....

Do you have an ATI graphics card by any chance ...... as this sounds to me more like
the problem could be graphics drivers

Ok I solved this after many many hours. Seems that unetbootin wasn't doing a proper work. At final I installed Oneiric and it works
