nothing in particular..you will have grub and from there you choose either ubuntu or windows
Just asking cause I heard that Windows 8 uses some new filesystem which is not yet supported by linux.

Well... it looks to be true. Windows 8 will have a new FS. Microsoft was supposed to put this out with Vista, but better late than never.
