Talking Lubuntu 11.04 has breathed new life into my 900A

I was about to retire my eeePC 900A as it just didn't have enough space to install the latest. Gave Lubuntu a spin and I have to say I'm pleased. Install came in at 3 gigs, feels a bit snappier than the 9.04 Remix that was running on it. Good job Lubuntu team!

Linux in and of itself has saved many PCs from being trashed by my hand. Im very glad i discovered the alternative to Windows.
A young man once challenged me to hack his computer, i told him to stand by and promptly returned with an axe.

amjjawad, and, it looks like I may have gained 20 minutes or so of battery life. that is if the indicator is accurate.

It was right around 3 gigs. I haven't really tried to reduce that, its pretty lean all ready.
