Unhappy Help on installing Centos on virtual box Using TFTP32

Hi everyone i am new to the world of linux and remote installing and i need a little help.
Please be gentle ima noob when it comes to this

    My problem:
i have to remote install Centos on Oracle Virtual Box using TFTP32 server on a Windows 7 host. The Centos is an IOS. For the TFTP32 server i am not sure on how to configure it to be able to install centos on the vm box, i tried searching on how to configure the tftp32 server but got even more confused. The pointing to files and configurations is fuzzy to me, please explain the PXE part of it to me also.

If there is a simpler piece of software other than TFTP32 to remote install available that would be great, TFTP32 is not my only option anything will do lol

It would be greatly appreciated if you explain to me as you would to a 5 yr old LOL
