Installing A Theme Makes Exiting Look Untidy

Hello! I recently upgraded up to 11.04 because I had the disks lurking in my drawer so I thought I might as well go to this release. After using it for a while I thought I might as well get a new theme that speaks to me. Unfortunately, every time I get a new theme, the exit, minimize, etc. buttons don't look like the way they're supposed to. I attached two images of what I mean. Do you know how I can fix that in a new theme? It annoys me.

In natty the appearance of the buttons when a window is in a maximized state
cannot be changed irrespective of the theme your using.
