Banshee gives error when trying to play Creative Zen

I run Ubuntu 11.04 and have tried to connect my Creative Zen player. The player is recognised but I get an error message when trying to play any of the songs or playlists. The error message I get is this:
The required software to play this file is not installed. You need to install suitable plugins to play media files. Do you want to search for a plugin that supports the selected file?

When the search finishes, I get this message:
No packages with the requested plugins found.
    The required plugins are:
    MTP protocol source

I haven't been able to find the plugin required. Can someone enlighten me?

    Many thanks,
    Alan

Are you trying to play the songs on you Zen through Banshee? I'm not sure that is supported, but you can drag them from your Zen into the Music library in Banshee. You will be copying them to your hard drive, and then you can play them.
