freegate on wine

Hey everyone ,
I'm a new user of linux since 2weeks , i am tying to use freegate proxy because of some restrictions of my country ,
I have first installed wine and add mfc42.dll in wine's system ad ..(32) , the link of this mfc was take in this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=770791
But ,when tried to run freegate with wine , i got first the program is not tag as executable something as that , so i have download playonLinux , running with it , i got this error :

And this , when i change the mfc32dll by the one , in my windows 7 .
So i dont know now ,what i am suppose to do to get it working . come around here if some of you can help me .

Take a look at some alternatives, recommended in this thread (same screenshot as here )

And here is a - how to fix the dll problem (basically, use other version - XP version should do!)

Already done what said in this topic , so confuse am i .
Dont you have any solution ?
