Still problems with Apache config files

1) Did a fresh install of Apache 2 - now PHP files are being displayed as text instead of running as php. I have run a2enmod php5 and mod shows in mods-enabled. Same old problem but I cannot remember or find the fix.

2) Apache will not reload without errors:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 force-reload
* Forcing reload of apache 2.0 web server... apache2: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName

$ /etc/init.d/apache2 reload * Reloading apache 2.0 configuration... apache2: Could not determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
httpd not running, trying to start
