    Unhappy All file transfer hangs...

I am stuck. I am trying to sync files between a wireless netbook and a wired desktop, both running Ubuntu 11.04. Recently switched over from Windows. I have no reason to think it is a network hardware issue because everything worked perfectly under Windows.

As far as I can tell, any way that I try to copy files between the two that uses ssh hangs after awhile. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to it, but it is certainly more obvious with larger files.

    I have tried:
    scp
    rsync
    Unison
    LuckyBackup

In order for me to continue to use Ubunutu (which otherwise I really like) I have got to be able to sync files between the two.

Fixed it. Apparently, Ubuntu doesn't care for my wireless for some reason. Connecting it with a cable solved the problem. +1 for Windows I guess. Weird.
