    Onscreen keyboard. Onboard Ru font.

I occasionally need to type some short words in russian for searching in dictionary etc. I don't have russian keyboard. I found out that there is an onscreen keyboard already installed - Onboard. But I have no idea how to change anything in it. And googling onboard shows up nothing relevant.

I know, this does not answer your question, but try the google translation service http://translate.google.com/#auto|ru|sample%0A this way you get the cyrillic output...

If you click on the blue box in OnBoard, the keyboard switches and there is a settings button (bottom-left, red color) There you might be able to change the input type.
