Catn install Adobe Flash 10.3

I keep getting the following message when I try to upgrade Flash :

W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc/p...source/Sources 404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc/p...amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Tried to download from Adobe and install using software centre and tried using terminal, but still get the same message, have gooogled the problem and searched on here, but found nothing, anyone got any idea why ?

that PPA repository is either down or you have added it to software sources incorrectly, it doesn't work, remove the repo from software sources.

Very easy. Just install the Firefox add-on Flash-aid which was developed by one of our members. Run the script and install either the stable or the 11beta...it will install and uninstall anything that conflicts. Good Luck!
