    Hey Audio Mike, i just registered on this forum to give a very big thumbs up ...

    The BCA2000 is a great device, if you manage to make some drivers or it, i will be forever in your debt ... i still run windows only to use that sound card ... i love it .. not windows hehehe

    Anyone still interested in writing a driver? I have done a lot of investigation; i intend to try to get it going in Win7 64 bit, but the info i have would be useful for a linux driver too.

    There's various gripes about this box over an eight-year period. Behringer did something weird with the box because Windows doesn't play nicely with multi-input USB 2.0 devices. Hence the closed-source custom drivers. A lot of reverse-engineering would be required to get ALSA support for this; that's not too-likely to be undertaken unless you've a spare one to hand over to someone with the experience to do the relevant hacking (not me, I'm afraid!)
