It depends on your hardware. To be honest for the most part nowadays if you have x64 bit hardware then run x64 bit software.

The above lists refer to the architecture of your CPU.
most end users have Intel or AMD and so x86 or AMD, and amd64 usually is what you need if running x64 bit on either Intel or AMD. which also refers to Intel that is x64 bit.
