    Creating ubuntu usb from lubuntu

Hi, there are instructions posted for creating a Ubuntu disk on an Ubuntu OS, but how can I create an Ubuntu USB on Lubuntu?
Some of the instructions for doing it on Ubuntu are:
    1. Insert a USB stick with at least 2GB of free space
    2. In the main menu, go to System > Administration and open 'Startup Disk Creator'

But there doesn't seem to be 'Startup Disk Creator'.
    How can I do this?
    Thanks in advance

I've found something else called "Disk Utility". Here's a picture: http://i.imgur.com/2J31D.png

What should I do so that I can put the Ubuntu onto my USB? The USB has Lubuntu on it right now.

    Thanks!

Why don't you install Startup Disk Creator in Lubuntu? In Synaptic Package Manager it is called usb-creator-gtk. It is for Gnome but should also work in Lubuntu.

You can install Unetbootin directly from the repositories. This is usually better than downloading and installing.
