    shared printer

I have 3 computers in my house i need to set up to share a single HP F300 series printer , with a 4th that id like to be able to set up but it isnt critical at this time.

The primary box to which the printer is attached is dual booted
with Superos 10.10 being the primary OS and the one from which i will start the set up.

The second box is also dual booted xp / super10.10. it will connect
    from xp for now.

the 3rd will set up from 10.10.

How is the easiest way to do it?

    Re: shared printer

Sharing a printer between computers running Ubuntu is usually fairly straight forward. Go to Printing settings on the printer connected computer and check off the option to Publish shared printers connected to this system.

On the others, check off the Show printers shared by other systems and then go through the add printer wizard on each.
