deleting of guest os in virtual box 4.0.4

I installed gOS in virtualbox4.0.4, but I wont know how to delete guest OS.
In my Hard disk one seperate partition created for that, but for windows guest os the partition is created in home folder itself.
Please help me

Right click in menu and choose remove,it will ask if you want to remove all files.

as for other thread, RAM is only used when VM is running so is released, all RAM is volatile !

Select the VM and then click on Machine > Remove.
