In windows you can change flash quality by rightclicking and select quality. This can't be done in ubuntu. Is there another way I can lower the quality in flash? Like when I play different flash games.

It should work, even on Ubuntu. Does the problem occur on all Flash movies?
I try to treat the cause, not the symptom. I avoid the terminal in instructions, unless it's easier or necessary. My instructions will work within the Ubuntu system, instead of breaking or subverting it. Those are the three guarantees to the helpee.
I get a "menu" when I rightclick, but Quality is not there. Didn't have it in 10.04, 10.10 or 11.04.
If it's Flash (movies/games and anything else that smells flash) I don't have Quality in rightclick. This is not a problem with just my computer, but with every computer that I've ever installed Ubuntu on.
This is weird, because I wrote about how to change YT video quality other day. So, I went to a YouTube video to make sure this option is still available and it was there, but when I clicked again to take a screenshot, it wasn't.
it is not there if you right click text
you can force low quality with greasemonkey
