    iTunes on Linux

I understand iTunes isn't a supported SW on Linux platform.. I'd like to know if there IS one, that is as good as it, and can also sync my iPod.. my main concern is all my playlists.. if there is an application that is as good as it, please share.. moreover, i am new with Ubuntu.. but i am not a total dumb@$$ at Windows or Mac.. so if der is an application dat can help me organize my music, sync my iPod and the playlist, please share

your reply is greatly appreciated.. No, honestly!

I use Banshee. Really simple and powerful. Love the UI. Can sync with some recent iPods. To install, open terminal and type

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install banshee
Put in your password. It will not show up on the termianl. Hope this helps.

I know Banshee will sync music and vids, but does it allow you to update iOS. How would i go about doing this?
