Yes, I was learning things. Way to go, amjjawad.

CPU: AMD FX 8120 8-Core Black Edition OC'd to 4.3GHz | Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 | Graphics: Twin Radeon 7870's | Memory: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaw Series DDR3 1600
No kidding: amjjawad is good.
But (ha!) I am not sure of my next move, hence another post.
First I did change back that boot thing we talked about. I disabled it again. Not sure really if ubuntu is even booting up any more as I'm using my liveCD to boot it. I have followed your instructions to the methods of reinstalling Grub2 via Copy LiveCD Files. I typed in sudo fdisk -l and was too confused, so did the next option if user wasn't sure... sudo blkid. I save screen shot and will post it below to show what I found. I went NO further as I was too unsure.
FYI: I saw the slave drive I have in there..it is about 13 G if I recall. I'm sure you see it. And my windows was alloted 115G and I gave my linux boot 1 G, swap 2500MB, ext4 / 5000MB and hard drive 72,982. I hope that info helps you to help me. So here is the screen shot I spoke of.
OK, nix that..can't copy a screen shot. There has to be a way I can insert this screen shot. I'll post this and go to my profile to see if I have a place I can 'load' downloads.

I don't think it worked. But the picture is now in my profile and for public view. Thought I could put it right in here, but don't know how.
Hi, look at my screenshot this is how you add one. Click the paper clip.

At your service but I did not even start yet
Always ask if you are in doubtBut (ha!) I am not sure of my next move, hence another post.
Best way to make sure everything is ok and as I explained before in my previous post, is to reboot and enter BIOS.First I did change back that boot thing we talked about. I disabled it again. Not sure really if ubuntu is even booting up any more as I'm using my liveCD to boot it.
Your CD/DVD Drive MUST be the first device to boot from.
Then, your Hard Disk Drive (HDD) must be the second device to boot from.
Same attached picture in my previous post.
It's very easy, you just need to know what are you looking for and what exactly you're doing.

You can try this: Use Boot-Repair Graphical Tool
If it did not help then:
Copy LiveCD Files
Please read the instructions carefully and follow each one step by step.
Tell me where exactly you are confused and can't go further?
Yes, I have seen it but quite honestly your partition scheme is a bit complicated for you. You can go much easier.FYI: I saw the slave drive I have in there..it is about 13 G if I recall. I'm sure you see it. And my windows was alloted 115G and I gave my linux boot 1 G, swap 2500MB, ext4 / 5000MB and hard drive 72,982. I hope that info helps you to help me. First of all, you don't need /boot partition. This became history now.
You need 3 main partitions or you can go with 2 only.
You need:
Root Partition (/) and it must be ext4.
Home Partition (/home) - recommended - and it must be ext4 too.
SWAP Partition (Linux-Swap).
If you have 1GB RAM then make your swap 1-2GB of RAM. If you have more, just set your swap to the same size of your RAM.
If your RAM is 3GB for example, set swap partition to 3GB too.
I recommend to read the links I posted about partitioning ... these are very helpful
Sorry, I know I'm posting too much links but it's for your own good and you'll need them.
Scroll down, you'll see "Additional Options". Scroll down a little bit and you'll see "Attach Files". There you goOK, nix that..can't copy a screen shot. There has to be a way I can insert this screen shot. I'll post this and go to my profile to see if I have a place I can 'load' downloads.
Anyone have a huge magnifying glass? I can't seem to figure out how to show you the picture of the screen shot big enough to see it. Can't even get it in here. I need chocolate. Sigh
While I believe you need/want more info, here is some of what I can see in that screen shot that I don't know what to do with/what info to retrieve from it to go on to the next instruction:
dev/sda1 is NTFS
sda2 is FAT32
sda3 is Linux
sda4 is extended 78596097
sda5 is linux swap / solaris 2440192
sda6 is linux 4881408
sda7 is linux 71272448
I added 'some' blocks as it looked like it may tell what size something is and give someone an answer!
Thanks so much.
There you go ... attached is how to do it
Yep...am I all that and a bag of chips?
I think this will work....I've attached the file.
