    Micro linux that supports flash?

I am looking for a very small linux distro that will support flash and what not. I only have 64 MB RAM, I think. (it may have been upgraded, but not sure)

I've tried Luit, and the new version of Deli (some weird name I can never remember). Luit is ok, but I do not know how to install it to the hard drive or configure internet connection.

Is there something else that would work? I'm looking for lesser known distros, as I've tried most of the main-stream ones one time or another.

One I am interested in is MenuetOS. Would that work for my IBM thinkpad 600?

I need something that will move fast. =)
    Thanks.

Adobe Flash Plugin is proprietary "closed source" software. All distros use the same Flash Plugin (because it cannot be modified). Here are the recommended minimum hardware requirements according to Adobe:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 2.33GHz, AMD Athlon 64 2800+ or faster processor (or equivalent)
    Memory: 512MB of RAM
Graphics memory: 128MB of graphics memory
    Source: www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/systemreqs/

Oh. Well either way, a graphical OS is something I need.

Difficult to make a recommendation without knowing your hardware specs. Personally I like SliTaz for very old systems.

Some good suggestions on this site:

I don't know of any distro that will run well with those specs, sorry, at least not as an all-purpose machine.

If you check the kmandla blog I linked to previously, there are some fun project ideas like digital picture frame, torrent slave, jukebox, etc.

Personally I would check Freecycle, Craigslist, Ebay, Goodwill, etc. There are very good deals on used hardware these days. Depending on where you live, you can possibly get something like a Pentium 4 with 512mb RAM (the minimum for Flash video) for under US$100.

I know. I have several computers I've acquired.
But I wanted to give this old laptop to my cousin so she can do basic web browsing and such.
