Getting Strange Desktop on Startup

Hi, I just Installed Ubuntu from WUBI, and decided to run Update manager..
The Updates were installed and after that i installed some softwares including Ubuntu Tweak..

Now I cant get the basic Ubuntu desktop...
Also i cant get into the Terminal Window
No way to access any applications.

tried all the available options at the Grub menu, also at the login menu for the user, still get the same desktop.
Please Help...

into a terminal:

gnome-panel --replace

I found out on the forum thats it can be replaced to its default using the

unity --reset
command...
