Building Spotify RPMs for Fedora 15

    Hello all,

First off, I apologize if this is not the right spot for this question.

In any case, I've become quite the fan of Spotify. In fact, I've went ahead an upgrade my subscription so I can use the native Linux client. I use Fedora 15-x86_64, but I was disheartened to find they don't have current packages for Fedora. What's worse, they've recently removed the only ones they had. So, long story short, I'm trying to build my own packages. I've created a spec file and I'd like some confirmation that the packages I've built are safe to distribute. (Anything is better than converted DEB packages, right?)

    I'm following this tutorial: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to...an_RPM_package

Here's my current SPEC file: http://pastebin.com/pXhyLh3x

Now, I understand this is UF, but I spend more time here than any other forum. As always, thank you in advance for any help!

I found some very helpful advice from an individual on #fedora-devel. If anyone is interested in building a Spotify RPM package, I have a fixed spec file.

Please share your updated spotify spec file, I'd like a look. I'm using RPMs from converted debs, and I've started having problems in linux with Spotify.
