sound card not recognizing mic (internal or external)

so my mic was working fine, and then it just suddenly didnt work....idk. i tried alsamixer and pulseAudio but neither helped... my information is here ---> http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=f9...5d863e5dacc141

Is mute on? Check it this way: Start -> Sound & Video -> Sound Recorder. Then File -> Open Volume Control -> tab Input. There's a checkbox 'mute' ...
