I recently experienced a supersensitive key in the keyboard of may Starling Netbook. After a short e-mail discussion with the folks at System 76 I received both a new keyboard and a RMA number together with a UPS shipping label. I chose to return the netbook for service. About two weeks later the computer came back repaired.
I am very pleased with the service I received from System 76. Here is a big THANK YOU.
BTW, The also sent me a UPS shipping label for the keyboard. I sent that back also
