    White Screen

I sometimes get a white screen after I bring my computer out of a sleeping state. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue. All I can do is ctrl alt f1, log in and restart.

    Re: White Screen

I guess that white screens along with grayed out areas are due to the computer running CPU and memory intensive processes. Something has to give and it is usually the image on the screen. Is the swap file large enough?

It is a machine. It is more stupid than we are. It will not stop us from doing stupid things.

I have 4GB of ram and a 2GB swap partition. This happens even when my computer is idle though. Its weird, do you think it could be the screensaver?
