Acer Aspire One Webcam and Mic help

Okay, so I've already sent my netbook back to the manufacturers three times, because it crashed on me, so I had Ubuntu installed to make it work faster and better but after I did so, my webcam and microphone that is built in is not recognized anywhere on the computer. Not even in the section "Computer." Someone help me?
