    gtk-recordmydesktop and gnome-shell do not work

    Hey mates,

    Is there any way to get recordmydesktop and gnome-shell working together? When I start recordmydesktop and click the capture-button, gnome-shell crashes. Any solution rght now?

    thats strange it doesn't happen to me on my 9.10 desktop though the video output was crappy

    Issue fixed!!! Gnome Shell & Gtk-recordmydesktop work very well!!!

    A quick answer would be - default configuration is the cause of the "crash"; however it's not a crash, the panels are just outlined, they hide ... hit Alt+F2 and "r" to restart the session, in order to backup data.
